Call Courier and PostEx

Call Courier Is Now PostEx — What This Means for Tracking

Call Courier now runs as part of PostEx, and its website (callcourier.com.pk) sends visitors to PostEx (postex.pk). Whether you have a Call Courier number, a Call Courier number on a PostEx label, or an old number from before the move, you can search it here. What we have not checked is whether every old number still works in PostEx’s current system. No official source says either way.

Essential Tools & Resources

Everything You Need for Call Courier & PostEx

Direct links to verified rates, helpline directories, status explanations, and support to streamline your delivery experience.

Use the number Call Courier gave your parcel

Do not mix up the Call Courier tracking number with the shop’s order number. Look in the shop’s shipping SMS for the courier’s number before you search.

For urgent problems, contact Call Courier directly. An error on our site does not mean the courier refused your parcel.

How to Use Call Courier Tracking

1

Locate Your Consignment Number

Find your Call Courier tracking number in the SMS, on the receipt under the barcode or in the shop’s shipping email.

2

Enter the CN Digits

Type the digits into the box above. We remove extra spaces for you. Do not add any letters.

3

Press Track Parcel

Press Track Parcel to look up your parcel.

4

Review Your Shipment Timeline

Status guide

Call Courier Shipment Status Checkpoints Explained

Every Call Courier update comes from a barcode scan. Here is what each main step means for your parcel.

Shipment Booked

The sender has booked the parcel in the Call Courier / PostEx system. It is waiting for a rider to collect it.

Picked Up

Call Courier has collected the parcel from the seller and scanned it at the local branch.

In Transit

The parcel is travelling by road between sorting hubs in different cities.

Arrived at Facility

The parcel has reached the hub in your city and is being sorted for your area’s rider.

Out for Delivery

A local rider has the parcel for delivery today. Keep your phone on, and have the COD cash ready if you need to pay.

Delivered

The parcel has been handed over, and any COD amount has been collected.

Delivery Attempt / Pending

The rider tried to deliver, but could not reach you or the place was closed. It will be tried again.

Exception / Hold

Delivery is paused because of an incomplete address, a phone problem or no access to the address.

Returned to Shipper (RTS)

After failed delivery attempts or a refusal, the parcel is going back to the seller.

Check the delivery estimate for your own parcel

For an old Call Courier number, ask the sender which support contact can check it now. Keep any delivery estimate you were given with your booking. PostEx’s general service details do not tell you when an old parcel will arrive.

Transit Planning

How Many Days Does Call Courier Take to Deliver?

We have not found an official delivery-time table to quote, so here is how routes compare instead. Parcels within one city (Lahore to Lahore, Karachi to Karachi) are usually fastest. Routes between big cities with good road links, such as Lahore to Islamabad or Rawalpindi, run most often. Long routes like Karachi to Lahore or Karachi to Peshawar take longer. Interior Sindh, South Punjab, Balochistan and AJK are reached by smaller local routes that run less often, so they are usually slowest.

Booking Cutoff MattersParcels booked late in the day can miss that day’s dispatch and go the next day. Each branch sets its own cut-off time.
Winter fog and sale seasonsThick winter fog can close motorways for a while in Punjab and Sindh, and big sale times (11.11, Blessed Friday, before Eid) slow things down because of the extra parcels.

Pricing Reference

Call Courier Rates and Charges

Prices are based on weight or size, whichever is higher. Size-based weight is worked out as (length × width × height in cm) ÷ 5000. Extra charges, such as a COD fee or fuel charge, may be added. We could not check the exact amounts, so ask Call Courier or PostEx for a quote.

Walk-In Retail BookingsStandard prices paid up front, good for one-off documents and gifts.
Corporate eCommerce AccountsBusiness sellers get their own rates for sending many parcels.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Tips for Call Courier Parcels

Simple tips for online shoppers paying cash on delivery with Call Courier. Knowing these helps you protect your purchase and sort out problems quickly.

Pay first, then open

Riders usually deliver the parcel sealed and cannot open it before you pay the full COD amount. Call Courier only carries the parcel and cannot check the item. Check the amount on the flyer before you pay.

Film yourself opening the parcel

We suggest filming one unbroken video as you open your parcel, showing the label, the sealed parcel and the items inside. This helps if something is missing, wrong or broken and you need a refund or replacement from the seller.

Delivery Exceptions

Why Would a Parcel Be Returned to the Seller?

A parcel is usually sent back only after delivery really cannot be done, not after one missed call. The most common reasons are: your phone was not answered on several tries, you refused the order or the COD amount, the address could not be found (no house number, street or landmark, especially in new housing societies), or you were away longer than the branch could hold it and nobody collected it for you.

If your status shows a return, our full RTS guide explains how returns work and how to catch a parcel before it leaves your city.

Delivery times and gaps

When Riders Deliver, and Why Tracking Goes Quiet

In big cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan, riders cover set areas, Monday to Saturday. Offices are often visited earlier in the day, before staff go home, so the parcel is not missed.

Tracking that has not moved does not always mean a problem. Four common reasons: the booking was made online before the parcel was collected, so “Booked” can stay for a while; the parcel is in a sealed truck on a long route (Karachi to Lahore, Rawalpindi to Multan) and is not scanned on the way; it arrived at night and is waiting for the morning sort; or it arrived on a Sunday or public holiday, when trucks keep moving but local delivery and customer service stop until the next working day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Call Courier Tracking FAQs

Answers about Call Courier tracking, the move to PostEx, delivery days, COD and how to get help.

Can I track Call Courier with a mobile number?
No. This tracker needs the Call Courier tracking number. You cannot search by mobile number or name. Check the SMS or email from the shop that sent your parcel, or ask them. Call Courier parcels now go through PostEx, so if the number is missing, use the official contacts on our Call Courier helpline page.
How do I track a Call Courier parcel on this site?
Type your tracking number (CN) in the box at the top of this page and press Track Parcel. You will see the booking, trips between hubs, when a rider has it and when it is delivered. You do not need an account on postex.pk.
Where is the Call Courier tracking number on a PostEx label?
The label has a barcode with the tracking number printed under it. If you ordered online, the shop usually sends an SMS or email with the number once the parcel is booked. Also check your receipt, the sticker on the flyer or your order email.
Can I still track old Call Courier parcels after the move to PostEx?
Our search accepts both old and new tracking numbers, whether the number was given under the Call Courier name or after the move to PostEx. But we have not checked whether every old Call Courier number still works in PostEx’s current system. Try your old number above. If nothing shows, contact PostEx support or the shop that sent your parcel.
What is the difference between Call Courier and PostEx tracking?
Call Courier now runs as part of PostEx, and the Call Courier website (callcourier.com.pk) now sends visitors to PostEx (postex.pk). In practice, Call Courier tracking and PostEx tracking use the same network. Our search accepts numbers from either brand, but we cannot promise an old Call Courier number will still work.
What does each Call Courier status mean?
Each update is a barcode scan at a courier site. Common steps are Shipment Booked, Picked Up, In Transit, Arrived at Facility, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. For every checkpoint definition, see our Call Courier status meanings guide.
Why does my Call Courier tracking not update overnight?
Tracking only updates when a parcel is scanned. At night, parcels travel by road between cities, for example from Lahore to Karachi, and are not scanned on the way. Your status will update once the parcel reaches the next hub and is scanned.
How does cash on delivery (COD) work with Call Courier?
Usually, the rider collects the full COD amount before handing over the parcel. The rider only delivers the parcel and cannot check what is inside. Check our COD tracking guide for video unboxing tips and claim procedures.
What happens if the rider cannot reach me?
If the rider cannot call you or get to your address, tracking shows a failed attempt or “Customer Unreachable”. The courier will usually try again. If delivery keeps failing, check our Call Courier Helpline Directory to call (042) 111-786-227 and update your address.
How do I calculate Call Courier parcel delivery rates and courier charges?
Call Courier (PostEx) delivery charges depend on package weight, destination city, and COD collection tiers. Use our interactive Call Courier Parcel Rates & Volumetric Calculator to estimate shipping charges and volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000) before booking.
How do I contact Call Courier customer support?
Call the Call Courier helpline on (042) 111-786-227 or check our Call Courier Helpline Directory. If you have questions about using our tracking utility, message our independent contact support desk.
Is this website officially part of Call Courier or PostEx?
No. This is an independent tracking site run by CallCourierTracking.com. It is not part of Call Courier or PostEx, and they have not approved it. For seller accounts, billing or business services, go to PostEx’s own site at postex.pk.
