Moving From Call Courier to the PostEx Dashboard
Call Courier is now PostEx. The Call Courier website redirects to postex.pk, and seller tools are now in one place: the PostEx merchant dashboard.
This means bookings, pickups, invoices and COD payments are handled in one dashboard, instead of separate systems.
Previous Legacy Setup
Before: separate Call Courier tools and bookings.
Unified PostEx Portal
Now: one PostEx dashboard for booking, pickup scheduling, invoices and COD payments, covering 650+ destinations.
Logging In to merchant.postex.pk Safely
To protect your account and your buyers’ details, make sure you are on the real PostEx dashboard:
- •Web address: Type
merchant.postex.pkinto your browser yourself. Do not tap links in messages you did not expect. - •Secure connection: Check for the padlock in your browser, which shows a secure connection.
- •Login details: Log in with your registered details. Never share your password or one-time codes (OTPs) with anyone.
What the Dashboard Does: Booking, Pickups and Invoices
The PostEx merchant dashboard brings together the main seller tools:
Book parcels and get tracking numbers, which are usually 11 to 14 digits long. Ask PostEx whether you can upload many orders at once.
Print labels with barcodes for each parcel. Every parcel needs a printed barcode label before pickup.
Following Cash on Delivery Payments
For online sellers, knowing when COD money will arrive matters. The dashboard helps you follow it:
COD Payments
COD money is paid to your bank account on the schedule in your agreement. You can see completed and upcoming payments on the dashboard.
Itemized Ledger Reports
Check your invoices on the dashboard. Ask PostEx which charges, such as delivery fees or taxes, are included.
Booking Pickups on the Dashboard
Business accounts can book on-call pickups:
- Pickup times: On-call pickups run Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- How to book: Book your pickup on the merchant dashboard or by phone on (042) 32157777.
- Handover: Pack parcels in sealed flyers with printed barcode labels. Give the rider a signed dispatch sheet listing the parcels and their tracking numbers.
