Call Courier Parcel Tracking and Delivery Checks

A plain guide to tracking Call Courier parcels in Pakistan, from small flyers to larger boxes, and what to check when yours arrives.

Types of Parcels

Call Courier carries different kinds of parcels. We could not confirm its size or weight limits, so ask the helpline if you are sending something large:

Format 1

Flyers

Plastic courier flyers for clothes, cosmetics, documents and small items.

Format 2

Boxes

Cardboard boxes for items that need more protection, such as shoes, kitchenware or electronics.

Format 3

Heavier Shipments

Heavier or multi-box shipments for businesses. Ask Call Courier (now PostEx) about these before booking.

How Scans Show Your Parcel’s Progress

Every Call Courier parcel has a barcode label with its tracking number, which is usually 11 to 14 digits long. As the parcel moves, it is scanned at each stop:

  • Origin Bagging Scan: The parcel is scanned and grouped with others going to the same area.
  • Linehaul Manifest Check: When it leaves the hub, tracking shows that it is on its way.
  • Destination De-bagging Scan: When it reaches the next hub, it is scanned again.
  • Delivery Run Sheet Scan: It is scanned when it is given to the rider for delivery to your door.

Stay Safe: Fake Delivery Messages

Warning: Fake SMS Messages

Scammers send fake SMS messages saying a parcel cannot be delivered because of "incomplete address details". They ask you to tap a short link and pay a fee.

Do not pay any delivery fee through a link in a message. If you are unsure, call the helpline on (042) 111-786-227. For cash on delivery orders, you pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives, not through a link.

Check that the tracking number on your parcel matches the one in the shop’s message before you pay or accept the parcel.

Checking Your Parcel at the Door

When the rider arrives, check these things before you accept the parcel:

Check the Seal

Make sure the flyer seal has not been cut, re-taped or opened.

Check the Tracking Number

Check that the tracking number on the label matches the one in the shop’s message.

Have the Right Cash

Have the exact amount ready in cash. Change can be hard for riders to give.

Sign for It

Sign or confirm receipt as the rider asks, so the delivery is recorded.
