Call Courier Pickup Cutoff Times & Scheduling Guide

What online sellers and businesses need to know about Call Courier and PostEx pickup times, booking and handing parcels to the rider.

Quick Answer: Call Courier Pickup Times

Call Courier on-call pickups run from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Book by calling (042) 32157777 or through the PostEx merchant dashboard. Every parcel needs a printed label with a barcode, and you sign a dispatch sheet at handover.

About On-Call Pickups

For businesses that send parcels every day, a pickup saves taking boxes to a courier office. Call Courier offers on-call pickups for registered business accounts, booked through PostEx.

Riders visit shops, warehouses and home businesses during the pickup window. After pickup, parcels go to the local hub to be sorted.

Pickup Hours and Booking

To get your parcels collected, keep these times in mind:

Pickup Hours

Riders collect Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

When to Book

Book as early in the day as you can. We could not confirm a daily booking cut-off, so ask PostEx for the latest time to book a same-day pickup.

How to Book: By Phone or on the Dashboard

You can book a pickup in two ways:

Option 1: Phone Booking

Call the booking line on (042) 32157777. Give your account details, pickup address and roughly how many parcels you have.

Option 2: PostEx Merchant Dashboard

Log in to merchant.postex.pk, where you can manage bookings and schedule pickups.

What to Have Ready: Labels, Barcodes and the Dispatch Sheet

Make sure these are ready before the rider arrives:

  • Printed label: Stick a printed label on each parcel. Make sure the barcode is flat and easy to scan.
  • Correct details: Check that the buyer’s name, phone number, address, city and any COD amount on the label are correct.
  • Dispatch sheet: Have the dispatch sheet ready and sign it at handover. Keep a copy as proof of what you handed over.
  • Good packing: Use sealed courier flyers or strong boxes with good tape. Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap.

If You Miss the Pickup

Online orders often come in late in the day, after the 5:00 PM pickup window has closed.

If you miss the pickup, ask PostEx customer care whether you can hand in parcels at a branch and until what time. We could not confirm drop-off times. If you do hand parcels in, ask for a receipt.
